How to move in
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes; the application fee is $60 ($90 for 2 adults).
- Get approved. No deposit, and we usually approve applications within an hour.
- Move in and relax.

Good to know
- Up to 2 pets per RV ($25 per pet; leashed at all times, shots up to date).
- Security cameras monitored 24/7.
- Full hookups at every site. There are no laundry or shower facilities on site.
- We look after guests by phone and text, daily 8am–8pm.
