Do you run background checks?
No. We do not run a background check. All long-term guests fill out our short online application; there’s no deposit, and applications are usually approved within an hour.
Do you have security cameras?
Yes! We have cameras all throughout our community to ensure everything is on the up and up!
What are your rates?
Standard RV site: $59/night, $259/week, $925/month
Premium gated RV site: $69/night, $289/week, $1,200/month

How do you collect payment?
Fortunately for you, it’s all digital! No cash or checks will be accepted. We use online reservation software to keep track of your stay and payments.
Do you have on-site management?
We do have on-site management, but everything is handled via phone call and off-site maintenance staff. Cameras are monitored 24/7 along with calls.
Refund Policy?
We understand situations occur and you may need to cancel. Please see our strict cancellation policy below.
1. 30% fee of your total reservation upon cancellation of any reservation, no exceptions.
2. 100% fee (no refund) if you check in and need to check out immediately for any reason.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets per RV. An additional fee of $25 per pet applies.
All pets must be leashed at all times.
All pets must be up to date on their shots.
Under no circumstances are pets allowed off-leash. *Premium lots allow you to keep your dog inside your own gated lot.
Do you accept cash or checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks.
Can I reserve a site without parking my camper?
Yes, we do offer the ability to lock your site in. Some guests want to reserve a site for a year or several months at a time, and we are happy to accommodate these requests.

Do you offer any other amenities?
We do not have any on-site amenities. We do not have laundry or shower rooms. We offer full hook-ups to each site only.
Do you offer full hook-ups at the RV site?
We offer full hook-ups at each site with 30/50-amp electric, water, and sewer.
